Eretna Beyliği ya da Eretna Devleti, Anadolu'nun Moğol (İlhanlılar) istilasına uğramasından sonra, Sivas, Erzincan, Kayseri çevresinde kurulan bir Anadolu beyliğidir. Beyliğin kurucusu Alaeddin Eretna, Uygur kökenli[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] olup, İlhanlılar Devletinin Rûm (Anadolu) valisi Timurtaş'a hizmet eden komutanlardan biridir. İsmi Eretna Sanskritçe'de mücevher anlamına gelen Ratna sözcüğünden Moğolcaya (Erdene, Эрдэнэ) geçmiştir.[9] . 1335 [10] yılında kurulmuştur ve 1381 [10] yılında Eretna Devleti'nin bir veziri olan Kadı Burhanettin tarafından son verilmiştir.[10] Beyliğin donanması yoktu.[10]
