Militan ateizm (Rusça: воинствующий атеизм), dinlere karşı "saldırgan" olan ateizmi ve ateistleri tanımlamak için kullanılan bir terimdir.[2][3][4] Militan ateizm; Marksizm-Leninizm'in materyalizminin bütünleyici bir parçasıydı,[5][6] ve Fransız Devrimi ile Sovyetler Birliği[1][7] veya Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti[8] gibi ateist devletlerde önemli bir yere sahip oldu. Terim bunun yanında zaman zaman din karşıtı siyasi felsefecilerden bahsederken de kullanıldı.[9]
