Abhaz - Gürcü ihtilafı, eskiden özerk cumhuriyet, bugün kısmen tanınmış olan de facto Abhazya’da Gürcüler ile Abhazlar arasındaki anlaşmazlığı ifade eder. Daha geniş anlamda Gürcü-Abhaz ihtilafı, Kafkasya bölgesindeki jeopolitik ihtilafların bir parçası olarak görülebilir. Gürcü-Abhaz ihtilafı 20. yüzyılın sonunda, 1991’de Sovyetler Birliği’nin dağılmasıyla silahlı çatışmaya dönüştü ve 1992-1993 Abhazya Savaşı’yla sonuçlandı. Bu savaşın sonunda Abhazya fiilen Gürcistan’dan koptu ve Gürcüler etnik temizliğe maruz kaldı.
