OSU-6162 (PNU-96391), hem dopamin D2 reseptörlerinde hem de 5-HT2A reseptörlerinde kısmi bir agonist olarak hareket eden bir bileşiktir. Yakından ilişkili ilaç olan pridopidine benzer şekilde bir dopamin dengeleyici görevi görür ve hayvan çalışmalarında antipsikotik, anti-bağımlılık ve anti-Parkinson etkileri vardır.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14]
