Lewis Frederick Ayres III (28 Aralık 1908 - 30 Aralık 1996), film ve televizyon kariyeri 65 yıla yayılan Amerikalı bir aktördü. En çok Batı Cephesinde Yeni Bir Şey Yok (1930) filminde Alman askeri Paul Bäumer rolüyle ve dokuz ayrı filmde canlandırdığı Dr. Kildare rolüyle tanınır.[1] Johnny Belinda'daki (1948) performansıyla En İyi Erkek Oyuncu Akademi Ödülü'ne aday gösterildi.
