Yaşamı ve kariyeri

Ford uzun bir kariyere sahiptir ve farklı alanlarda kendini göstermiştir. Birçok tiyatro çalışması, drama ve müzikalde kendisini göstermiştir.

Sarah (Fransız oyuncu Sarah Bernhardt'ın hayatı hakkında), The Hiding Place, The Great St Trinian's Train Robbery, Mix Me a Person ve The Day of the Triffids adlı filmlerde oynamıştır. Doctor Who dizisinin yanı sıra Suspense ("Man on a Bicycle" adlı bölümde), Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads?
