Yavaş okuma

Yavaş okuma, küresel çapta etkili olan popüler Hızlı okumaya karşı kavrayış ve okuma zevkini arttırmak amacıyla bilinçi olarak okuma hızını düşürmekten yana olan anlayış. Yavaş Hareketi'nin uzanımlarından biridir.

İlişkili terimler

Edebiyat eleştirisinde "yavaş okumak" ile eşdeğerli olarak yakın okuma ve daha az kullanılan "derin okuma" kavramları kullanılmaktadır.
