Judi Farr ya da Judy Farr,[1] "AM" (5 Ekim 1938 - 30 Haziran 2023), Avustralyalı aktris ve yönetmen.
Yaşaı ve kariyeri[değiştir | kaynağı değiştir]
Farr, 5 Ekim 1938'de Cairns, Queensland, Avustralya'da doğdu.[2] 1958'de başladığı oyunculuk kariyerini 2020 yılına kadar sürdürdü. En çok durum komedisi türünde Rita rolünde olduğu My Name's McGooley, What's Yours? (1967–1968) adlı TV yapımıyla tanındı.[3] 1968'de aynı isimdeki karakterin yanı sıra kısa parodilerede yer verdiği Rita and Wally adlı TV programıyla ekranlara geldi.[3]
Aynı zamanda yer aldığı December Boys ve Walking on Water adlı Avustralya yapımı filmlerdeki performansıyla "En İyi Yardımcı Kadın Oyuncu" dalında AFI Ödülü'nü kazandı. Yer aldığı diğer bazı önemli yapımlar arasında; Kingswood Country, Number 96, A Country Practice, All Saints, CrashBurn, They're a Weird Mob, Flirting, Oscar and Lucinda ve Angels in America sayılabilir.
Hizmetleri nedeniyle 2021 yılında Avustralya Şeref Nişanı ile ödüllendirilmiştir. .[4]

2015'ten bu yana kanserle mücadele eden Farr, 30 Haziran 2023'te bu hastalığa bağlı nedenlerden 84 yaşında ölmüştür.[5]
