Sewall Green Wright (21 Ekim, 1889 - Mart 3, 1988) evrim teorisi ve path analizleri ile ilgili güçlü çalışmaları bilinen ABD'lı genetikçi.
Sewall Wright, Melrose, Massachusetts'de doğdu. Lombard Collegenden mezun oldu. University of Chicago Zooloji Bölümünde 1925'ten itibaren görev yaptı. R. A. Fisher ve J.B.S. Haldane ile birlikte genetik popülasyon kuramını kurdu. Wright, İnbred katsayısını ve soy ağacının hesaplama metodunun buluşunu yaptı.
