English: Pastırmalı pide is a kind of Turkish pide meal made with "pastırma" and generally with an egg on it. The word "pide" is generally omitted in informal speech, especially in the Black sea Region of Turkey, where pide is almost the prime food. (Other typical Black Sea pides, the one with "kıyma" / minced meat is called simply "kıymalı" and the one with "çökelek" cheese is called "çökelekli" in the region. Of course there is also the "yağlı" with butter and eggs.) In parts of the Balkans, with Ottoman tradition, somehow the word "pastirmalija" has acquired the meaning of pide even if without any pastirma used in it.
