The X Factor İngiliz Heavy Metal grubu Iron Maiden'ın onuncu stüdyo albümüdür. Gruptan ayrılan Bruce Dickinson'ın yerine Wolfsbane grubundan gelen Blaze Bayley'in grupla yaptığı ilk stüdyo albümüdür. 2 Ekim 1995 tarihinde yayımlanmıştır. Prodüktörlüğünü Steve Harris ve Nigel Green yapmıştır. Steve Harris'in prodüktürlüğünde pay sahibi olduğu ilk stüdyo albümüdür.
