Justin Smith, 1990'lı yılların sonlarında çeşitli sanatçıların albümlerinde yapımcı olarak çalışmaya başladı. Bu yapımlar, onun Jay-Z'nin The Dynasty: Roc La Familia albümünde yer almasını sağladı.
