NADPH oksidaz 1, insanlarda NOX1 geni tarafından kodlanan bir enzimdir.[1]

NOX1, fagositlerin süperoksit üreten NADPH oksidazının katalitik alt biriminin, gp91phox, bir homologudur. Bu gen için farklı izoformları kodlayan iki transkript varyantı bulunmuştur.[2]
