Azapiron
Azapironlar, anksiyolitik, antidepresan ve antipsikotik olarak kullanılan bir ilaç sınıfıdır.[1][2][3][4] Genellikle seçici serotonin geri alım inhibitörleri (SSRI'lar) gibi diğer antidepresanların yanında destekleyici olarak kullanılırlar.[5][6][7][8][9][10]
Azapironlar genel anksiyetede[11] ve sosyal anksiyete[12] ve depresyonda SSRI'ların etkisini artırmada fayda göstermiştir.[13] Panik bozukluk[14] ve fonksiyonel gastrointestinal bozukluklar için kanıtlar net değildir.[15]
Yan etkiler[değiştir | kaynağı değiştir]
Azapironların yan etkileri baş dönmesi, baş ağrısı, huzursuzluk, mide bulantısı ve ishal olabilir.[4][16]
