Hepsi bir birine benzerdir. Arma en üstünde taç vardır. Taç monarşiyi simgeler. Ortadaki kalkanda ise Büyük Britanya, Galler, İskoçya ve Kuzey İrlanda Birleşik Krallığı oluşturan etnik grupların kendine özgü armları vardır. Aslında armayı ilk kuran Tudor hanedanlığıdır.
