Timothy John "Tim" Winter (doğum 1960), diğer adıyla Abdul Hakim Murad, İngiliz Sufi Müslüman araştırıcı, yazar ve profesör.

Mimar bir baba ve sanatçı bir annenin oğlu olarak 1960 yılında Londra’da dünyaya gelen Timothy John Winter 1979 yılında 19 yaşındayken İslam’ı kabul etti ve Abdülhakim Murad ismini aldı.
