It does not have to be perfect English - someone else will correct it.

We foreign English language teachers in Turkey are confused by the frequent changes to exams here, so it would be useful to have an English article to explain the current exam to us and any future plans. What are the benefits of this exam compared to e.g. TOEFL - presumably it is good for translators as TOEFL has no translation. Is this exam widely accepted in the private sector when applying for jobs? How is it used in the public sector? How can we feed back on questions we think are wrong? All that could be in an English language article and more.
