Misafirperverlik

Misafirperverlik veya konukseverlik, bir misafir ile ev sahibi arasındaki ilişki olup ev sahibinin misafirin, ziyaretçilerin veya yabancıların kabulü ve ağırlanması da dahil olmak üzere misafiri bir miktar iyi niyetle karşılamasıdır. Konukseverlik aynı zamanda insanların başkalarına davranış şeklidir, yani örneğin otellerde misafir kabul etme hizmetidir. Ağırlama, bir organizasyonun satış hacmini artırmak veya azaltmak için temel bir rol oynamaktadır.
