Luis Guzmán, (d. 28 Ağustos 1956, Porto Riko kökenli ABD'li oyuncu.

Luis Guzman New York'ta büyüdü, New York Şehir Koleji'nden mezun oldu. Mezun olduktan sonra, bir sosyal hizmet uzmanı olarak çalıştı. Bir oyuncu olarak, daha sonra televizyon dizisi Miami Vice, iki bölüm oynadığı film, bir dram filmi, Short Eyes (1977) filmi ile giriş yaptı.
