Ekmeklik buğday

Ekmeklik buğday (Triticum aestivum), ayrıca ekmek buğdayı olarak da bilinir, bir buğday türüdür.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5] Dünya çapında üretilen buğdayın yaklaşık %95'i ekmeklik buğdaydır;^[6] bu, tüm ürünler arasında en yaygın olarak yetiştirilen ve en yüksek parasal getiriye sahip tahıldır.^[7]
