В лазоревом поле, с червлёной главой окаймлённой волнисто серебром и обрамлённой золотым восходящим солнцем без лица, золотой столб обрамлённый двумя чёрными Императорскими орлами на груди у каждого овал окаймлённый жемчугом и обременённый лазоревым Андреевским крестом
