Флаг муниципального образования представляет сине-голубое полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3; на всё пространство, которого распространена композиция из герба городского округа, при этом геральдический золотой цвет на флаге воспроизводится жёлтым, а геральдический серебряный — белым цветом.
