This work, created within the jurisdiction of North Korean Copyright Law (with legal jurisdiction north of the 38th parallel only), has surpassed the durations of either of the above criteria, and thus has expired from its copyright.

This work is in the public domain in the United States because it meets three requirements:

  1. it was first published outside the United States (and not published in the U.S. within 30 days),
