ADP-ribozillenme faktörü benzeri protein 2, insanlarda ARL2 geni tarafından kodlanan bir proteindir.[4][5][6]

İşlev[değiştir | kaynağı değiştir]

ADP-ribozillenme faktörü (ARF) genleri, RAS süper ailesinin küçük GTP bağlayıcı proteinleridir. ARL2, ARF benzeri genlerin işlevsel olarak farklı bir grubunun bir üyesidir.[6]

Etkileşimler[değiştir | kaynağı değiştir]

ARL2'nin Unc-119,[7] TBCD[8][9] ve PDE6D ile etkileşime girdiği gösterilmiştir.[10][11]
