Üç Metin İhtilafı, Halkedon ihtilafında bir safhadır, Henotikon'un başarısızlığını takiben, Suriye'nin (Süryani Ortodoks Kilisesi) ve Mısır'ın (Kıptî Ortodoks Kilisesi) Halkedon olmayan inancını Doğu Ortodoks Kilisesi ile uyumlu hale getirme teşebbüsüdür. Üç Metin (Grekçe: τρία κεφάλαια, tría kephálaia) I. Justinianus tarafından anathematize edilmiştir:
