| Açıklama | Mr. Ahmad Kamal of the USAID Power Distribution Program addressed the audience in the 10th episode of the interactive radio program 'Behtri Ka Safar' (Journey of Improvement).The episode focused on the 'Utility Exchange Program' (UEP) initiated by the USAID Power Distribution Program for the capacity building of DISCO staff. Two groups of 12 DISCO managers have completed their visits to modern electric utilities in Turkey and South Africa in order to enhance their understanding of modern utility best practices and practical information about change management programs that have the potential to be implemented in Pakistan. A third group of the UEP is preparing for their visit to the United States. |
