Talip Küçükcan (d. 5 Mart 1963, Kadirli, Osmaniye), Türk akademisyen, siyasetçi ve diplomat. Endonezya Büyükelçisi.

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Endonezya Cumhuriyeti, Doğu Timor (Timor-Leste) ve Asean Büyükelçisidir. Sosyolog, akademisyen ve öğretim üyesi. Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi (AK Parti) 25. ve 26. Dönem Adana Milletvekilliği yapmıştır. AK Parti Siyasi ve Hukuki İşler Başkan Yardımcılığı, Kasım 2015 - Ocak 2017 tarihlerinde Avrupa Konseyi Parlamenter Meclisi Türkiye Delegasyonu Başkanlığı, 25 Ocak 2016 - 25 Ocak 2018 tarihlerinde Avrupa Konseyi Parlamenter Meclisi Başkan yardımcılığı yapmıştır. 2015-2017 yıllarında TBMM Dışişleri Komisyonu Üyeliği yapmıştır. TBMM AGİT-PA Türk Delegasyonu ve TBMM KİT Komisyonu üyesiliği yapmıştır.Kadirli İmam Hatip Lisesi ve Uludağ Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi mezunudur. Londra Üniversitesi'ne bağlı School of Oriental and African Studies'de Yüksek Lisans, Warwick Üniversitesi Center for Research in Ethnic Relations'da Doktora yaptı ve aynı üniversitede doktora sonrası araştırmalar yürüttü. T.D.V. İslam Araştırmaları Merkezi'nde çalıştı. Milletvekili seçilmeden önce Marmara Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi Din Sosyolojisi ve Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi Sosyoloji Bölümü Öğretim Üyeliği yapmıştır. Ortadoğu Araştırmaları Enstitüsü Müdürlüğü (2011-2014), YÖK Başkan Danışmanlığı, kurucu araştırmacıları arasında yer aldığı Siyaset Ekonomi ve Toplum Araştırmaları (Seta) Vakfı Dış Politika Araştırmaları Direktörlüğü, Toplum ve Ekonomi Araştırmaları Koordinatörlüğü görevlerinde bulundu.[1] Seta Vakfı tarafından yayınlanan Insight Turkey Dergisinin genel yayın yönetmenliğini yaptı. TRT Açı Programı yorumculuğu yaptı. 7 Haziran 2015 ve 1 Kasım 2015 Genel Seçimlerinde Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi Adana Milletvekili olarak TBMM'ye girmiştir. 24 Haziran 2018 tarihinde milletvekliiği son bulmuştur.[2] AGİT Dönem Başkanı tarafından Müslümanlara Karşı Ayrımcılık ve Hoşgörüsüzlükle Mücadele Özel Temsilcisi olarak seçilmişir. Gönüllülük esasına dayalı bu görev dolayısıyla 2014-2015 yıllarında ABD, Danimarka, Fransa, Rusya ve Hollanda'da İslam karşıtlığını incelemek üzere ziyaretlerde bulunmuştur. İslam Ülkeleri Akademisyenler ve Yazarlar Birliği Başkanlığı (2019- 2022) yapmıştır.[3] Çok sayıda ulusal ve uluslararası bilimsel yayınlar yapmış ve konferanslar vermiştir. 15 Eylül 2023 tarihinde düzenelenen 10. Dünya Türk İş Konseyi Kurultayı'nda Akademi Ödülü almıştır.[kaynak belirtilmeli]
