Rosie the Riveter II. Dünya Savaşı sırasında fabrikalarda çalışan ve birçoğu cephane ve savaş malzemeleri üreten Amerikalı kadınları temsil eden Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin kültürel bir simgesidir. Bu kadınlar erkekler askerdeyken bazen tamamen onların yerlerini alan işçilerdir. Rosie the Riveter yaygın olarak feminizm ve kadınların ekonomik gücünün bir sembolü olarak kullanılır.[1]
