Mandanca ya da Mandan dili (kendilerince ?; İngilizce Mandan), ABD'nin Kuzey Dakota eyaletinde Mandanlar (Rų́ʔeta) tarafından konuşulan Siyu dilleri ailesinin Batı Siyu dilleri grubundan tek başına bir grup oluşturan bir Kızılderili dilidir. Son konuşanı olan Edwin Benson 9 Aralık 2016'da ölmüştür.
