2003 yılında çıkan ve Radiohead'in 6. albümü olarak EMI plak şirketinden çıkan albüm Hail To The Thief, önceki albümlere nazaran pek yüksek bir başarı sağlıyamamış ve radyo hitleri yapamamış olsa da yorumcular tarafından yılın sağlam albümleri arasında gösterilmiştir. Albümün adının Türkçe çevirisi 'Hırsıza Sesleniş' olan albüm, adını, George W. Bush'un olaylı seçimleri kazanmasından yola çıkan bir kitaptan almıştır.[kaynak belirtilmeli] Grup bir röportajında bu söylentiyi "George W Bush'a hakaret etmek bizim için çok kolay olurdu" diyerek yalanlamıştır.
